Processing Times
All orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment from our Los Angeles facility:
- Standard Orders: 1-2 business days processing time
- Custom Orders: 3-5 business days processing time
- Rush Orders: Same-day processing available for orders placed before 12 PM PST (additional fees apply)
You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.

- Documentation: All packages include proper customs documentation for smooth delivery
Order Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking Information: Emailed to you once your order ships with full tracking details
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct - we cannot modify addresses after shipment
- Secure Packaging: All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery in premium packaging
- Signature Required: Express and Overnight shipments require signature upon delivery
Important Shipping Notes
- Business Days: All delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
- PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes, but Express and Overnight delivery is not available
- Multiple Items: Orders with multiple items may ship separately - you'll receive tracking for each package
- Lost Packages: We'll work with carriers to locate lost packages and provide replacements when necessary
